The ESTIC-2026 Exhibition is a national platform showcasing India’s achievements in Science, Technology and Entrepreneurship, with a focus on emerging technologies, innovative products and solutions contributing to Viksit Bharat@2047. The exhibition will bring together start-ups, industries, R&D institutions and innovation stakeholders to showcase their technologies and capabilities, foster collaboration and explore partnership opportunities. Limited exhibition opportunities will be available for start-ups and industries, with preference given to indigenously developed technologies and innovations. The exhibition aims to highlight India’s growth and achievements in science, technology and entrepreneurship while connecting innovators with industry, policymakers, investors and researchers.
With an expected footfall of around 15,000 participants over three days, ESTIC-2026 offers exhibitors an exceptional opportunity to showcase their technologies, products and innovations to a diverse audience from academia, industry, government and policymaking, start-ups, students and the general public. With participation from across India and abroad, the exhibition provides a valuable platform to enhance visibility, build meaningful connections, explore collaborations and reach potential partners and customers.
Online Registration & Space Booking: Exhibition participation will be through the designated online registration process. Exhibitors are requested to indicate their preferred area/space requirement and location preference during the online registration process. The final allocation of exhibition space will be based on availability and at the discretion of the organising committee. Any subsequent request for change of allocated space will be subject to availability and approval by the organising committee.
Exhibition Space Only: The exhibitor will be provided only the exhibition space. All other requirements, including stall fabrication, furniture, branding, display arrangements, etc, shall be arranged by the exhibitor as required.
Accurate Registration Details: Exhibitors are requested to provide complete and accurate information about their organisation, products, services, technologies and exhibition requirements while completing the online registration.
Stall Setup and Design: Exhibitors shall set up their stalls strictly within the allotted space and in accordance with the approved exhibition specifications and venue regulations.
Installation and Dismantling: Installation, movement of exhibits and dismantling of stalls shall be carried out only during the timings specified by the Organising Team and venue authorities.
Safety Requirements: Exhibitors shall comply with all applicable fire safety, electrical, structural and general safety requirements prescribed by the venue and the Organising Team.
Electrical Installations: All electrical connections and equipment used within the exhibition area shall comply with the applicable venue requirements. Unauthorised electrical modifications will not be permitted.
Exhibits and Demonstrations: Exhibits and live demonstrations must be safe for visitors and other exhibitors. Any demonstration requiring special safety arrangements or approvals must be brought to the notice of the Organising Team in advance.
Branding and Displays: Company names, logos, banners, posters, promotional displays and other branding materials shall be confined to the allotted exhibition space and shall comply with the applicable design and venue guidelines.
Aisles and Common Areas: Exhibitors shall not place exhibits, promotional material, furniture, equipment or other items in aisles, emergency exits or other common areas.
Restricted Materials: Exhibitors shall not bring hazardous, inflammable, explosive, illegal or otherwise restricted materials into the exhibition premises.
Exhibitor Passes: Only personnel holding valid exhibitor passes will be permitted access to the designated exhibition areas. Details regarding exhibitor passes will be communicated after registration.
Exhibit Security: Exhibitors shall be responsible for the security of their exhibits, equipment, promotional materials and personal belongings.
Visitor Engagement: Exhibitors are encouraged to provide informative displays, demonstrations and interactive experiences that help visitors understand their technologies, products and innovations.
Photography and Media: Exhibitors should be prepared for photography, videography and media coverage of the exhibition. Any proprietary or restricted exhibits for which photography is not permitted should be clearly identified and communicated to the organising team.
Compliance with Venue Regulations All exhibitors shall comply with the rules, regulations and instructions issued by the ESTIC-2026 Organising Team and the concerned venue authorities.
Changes in Exhibition Arrangements: The Organising Team reserves the right to make necessary changes to exhibition arrangements, operational procedures or space allocation for the smooth conduct of the event.
Final Decision: Matters relating to exhibition operations, safety, access, stall setup and venue management shall be subject to the decision of the ESTIC-2026 Organising Team and the concerned venue authorities.
